Upgrade komga from 1.26.3 to 1.30.0. Stores HTTP sessions in the database by default and improves NextUI collection organization, bulk editing and saved display preferences.

The app directory is replaced by the selected source snapshot, including deletion of target-only files. Other apps and repository files are unchanged. No upstream merge is performed by Haro.
