Upgrade OpenTodo from 0.22.0 to 1.0.0 (chart 1.0.1 -> 1.0.2).

Changes

• Chart.yaml: version 1.0.2, appVersion 1.0.0
• OlaresManifest.yaml: metadata.version 1.0.2, spec.versionName 1.0.0
• values.yaml: image.tag 0.22.0 -> 1.0.0 (ghcr.io/opentodoapp/opentodo:1.0.0 manifest verified; v1.0.0 is 404)
• en-US and zh-CN upgradeDescription synced; history entries kept

Upstream notes

• 1.0.0 keeps the API, sync protocol, export format and upgrade path compatible within 1.x; any earlier release can upgrade directly.
• Startup runs the 0.23.0 (0057-0059) and 0.24.0 (0060) database migrations, with no down-migrations. The upgrade notes tell users to back up first and upgrade the server before the devices.
• No new mandatory env var; OPENTODO_* injection in templates unchanged.
• Image is a multi-arch OCI index (linux/amd64, linux/arm64).
