Adds one pattern for a common tell not covered by the existing 35.

A soft opener paired with a strong claim in the same sentence: "It's worth noting that X is the single most important...", "arguably, this changes everything". The hedge gives the writer room to retreat while the strong claim does the real asserting, so the reader has to guess how much is meant. Strip the hedge and the sentence becomes a plain claim; strip the superlative and it says nothing. Pick one: make the claim and back it, or make the smaller claim and own it.

Single-pattern PR, kept focused so it can be reviewed on its own. Follows the house format; example stays in neutral prose. Version bumped to 2.12.0; README table, heading, and changelog updated; scripts/validate-package.py passes.

superlative and leaves the reader to resolve the writer's ambivalence. Commit
