Add directory_specs and client_rb_mode properties to chef_client_config (chef/chef#16019), and cache_rebuild_ignore_failure to apt_repository (chef/chef#16262), to keep resource reference docs in sync with the 19.4.x release notes. The chef_client_config resource's directory_specs property has a concrete default (DIRECTORY_SPEC_DEFAULTS from lib/chef/resource/chef_client_config.rb), but the doc was missing default_value entirely. This adds it, matching the resource inspector's rendering of the actual Ruby default hash. Chef Infra Client 19.4.43 (chef/chef#16383) added Target Mode support to the Solaris mount provider, but the mount resource reference docs were not updated to list solaris as a supported Target Mode platform.
