Dependabot build(deps-dev) group bump is limited to package.json + package-lock.json. Native bindings moved with the four packages; lockfile package count is unchanged (477).

Required: Test, Docs, Validate PR title, Dependency Review are green. Platforms (macOS/Windows) and Cloudflare Pages also green. CodeQL is neutral (configurations not found on this lockfile-only SHA); merge state is UNSTABLE/MERGEABLE, not BLOCKED.
Release impact: none. build(deps-dev) does not cut a plugin release. Plugin runtime is not in these packages; Obsidian E2E is not required.
