no ref 2.2.4 uses `@tryghost/tpl` at runtime but never declared it as a dependency, so it only resolved when `tpl` happened to be hoisted to the workspace root. Clean / isolated installs fail with `Cannot find module '@tryghost/tpl'`, which breaks ghost/core's email code paths (and any test or boot that touches them). 2.3.0 declares the missing dependency.
…gs (#28765) no ref Fixes the `exports` condition ordering in `@tryghost/admin-x-framework` and `@tryghost/admin-x-settings`. The esbuild `types`-condition warnings no longer appear on `pnpm test:watch`.
