Mirrors the Public API v1 surface added this cycle:

• categories:* and category-slots:* — get/create/update/delete/shuffle, slots list/next/create/update/delete. categories:get inlines slots[]. --hour and --minute are sent as JSON integers: the backend normalises noon with a strict hour === 12 comparison that a string slips past.
• approval-workflows:* — get/create/update/delete/duplicate/set-default/ remove-default plus cascade-job polling. --confirmed and --force answer 202 with a cascade_job_id. The whole group needs manage_workflow.
• planner-share-links:* — named apart from the analytics share-links:* group on purpose: these share posts, those share a dashboard. SKILL.md now tells an agent to ASK which one the user means rather than guess.
• posts:get, and --repeat-* flags on posts:create/update gated to --publish-type scheduled.

Limits output rebuilt for the new contract:

• rate_limit and cache are gone from the response; the rate ceiling is on the X-RateLimit-* headers and the readout is built live.
• The table gained Scope and Resets. An unlimited ceiling renders as ∞ and an off-plan one as "not on plan" rather than 0 — is_on_plan: false means the plan does not carry the entitlement, which reads nothing like a consumed allowance. Byte amounts are binary: the backend sizes storage addons with 1073741824 (1024³), so the units must match.
• SKILL.md states that account-scoped figures are shared across every workspace on the account, and that key is the stable identifier — label and note are localized display text and must not be branched on.
