webhooks:event-types, list, get, create, update, enable, disable, delete,
rotate-secret and deliveries, backed by the public API's
/workspaces/{workspace_id}/webhooks endpoints. Create and rotate-secret print
the signing secret once with a store-it-now warning. SKILL.md, README and
CHANGELOG updated.

Adds the brand:* command group for the public API v1 brand knowledge endpoints: get, section, create, update, delete, source-add, source-delete, sync, post-settings and post-settings-update. Slow AI calls (create, source-add, sync) wait 180 s and are never auto-retried; every mutating command supports --dry-run. SKILL.md, README and CHANGELOG updated.
