What

Adds guidance for importing datasets while offline, including content hashes, schema versions, idempotent retries, and explicit conflict states.

Contributor

No activity on this PR for 14 days. In this repo PRs normally merge within the hour, so a quiet branch is usually one whose work has already landed another way.

Before picking it back up, check whether it is still a change at all: git diff origin/main <branch> -- <its files>. An empty diff means it is already on main and should just be closed. If the diff is not empty, check whether its target files still exist — a branch older than a refactor can delete live code when merged.

Add the keep-open label to keep it.
