test: Remove the OME-TIFF test that fetches from a remote server - #369

test_ome_tiff_single_channel downloads its input from cildata.crbs.ucsd.edu on every run. That host times out, which fails cargo test on unrelated branches. The test was the only one in the module, so the module goes with it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

I'll merge this now so that I can merge #368 but happy to restore the OME-TIFF test

That host currently times out after the full retry budget (about 60 s), which fails the suite on unrelated branches (seen while working on #368). The test was the only one insrc/test/ome_tiff.rs, so the module is removed along with it.If OME-TIFF coverage is wanted back, a small vendored fixture would be the way to do it.
