chore: migrate Python projects from Poetry to uv

Summary

Moves template/ and examples/basic-python/ from Poetry to uv, matching the E2B monorepo (packages/*-python).

• pyproject.toml: [tool.poetry.*] → PEP 621 [project].dependencies + [dependency-groups].dev. Caret ranges translated 1:1 (^2.20.3 → >=2.20.3,<3, ^0.15.0 → >=0.15.0,<0.16). No [build-system], so both are virtual (non-package) projects — same as Poetry's package-mode = false in the template; the example's poetry-core build backend was never needed.
• poetry.lock → uv.lock. Versions match the old locks where possible. Packages whose newest release was under 7 days old were held back: opentelemetry-api 1.44.0, charset-normalizer 3.5.1, pythonnet 3.1.0 (3.2.0 came out yesterday). The example also picks up the e2b-desktop 2.6.0 / e2b 2.51.0 bumps.
• .tool-versions: poetry 2.5.1 → uv 0.12.18 (the latest release that's at least 7 days old).
• template.yml: setup-python + snok/install-poetry → astral-sh/setup-uv@v10.2.0 (pinned to a SHA, installs Python from .tool-versions), then uv sync --locked / uv run python ….
• READMEs and .vscode/settings.json updated to use uv sync / uv run and the uv.lock name.

Heads-up: template.yml only runs on pushes to main, so this PR gets no CI run. Verified locally: uv lock --check + uv sync --locked in both projects, uv run python build_docker.py renders the Dockerfile, ruff check/ruff format --check pass, the example's imports resolve, and actionlint is clean.
