Edge tools present in the node palette

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a General View diagram
2. Create a PartUsage node
3. Open its palette
4. All edge tools of the part are present in the palette.

Same behavior can be seen for other elements (ActionUsage, ItemUsage etc…)
