Ferhat Elmas

I build storage and distributed systems.

At @supabase, I work on Supabase Storage, an S3-compatible object storage system backed by Postgres.

I'm working on object-store-native databases, open table formats, tiered storage, and storage infrastructure for AI workloads.

Previously, I worked on Workers KV and R2 at @cloudflare, performance-sensitive Feed and Chat APIs at @getstream, and data infrastructure at @agflow and backend systems at @unit9 and @cern.
