/update rerunning the prompt given in interactive mode(-i flag) #2363

Describe the bug

/update restarts the session but the prompt in interactive mode also gets run

Affected version

1.0.12

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. start a session with -i
2. run /update when the cli discovers an update
3. the initial prompt gets re-run

Expected behavior

prompt should not be rerun
