Describe the feature or problem you'd like to solve
Pressing Esc twice in a row may trigger rewind while user didn't intend to do it
Proposed solution
Pressing Esc twice in a row is a context-sensitive shortcut for clearing input, interrupting work, stopping agents, or rewinding the last turn.
User may trigger rewind by mistake and it may then be impossible to undo properly. Having rewind on such overloaded shortcut is dangerous.
Add an option to turn it off or just turn it off by default.
