+The copyrighted work is Backdrop for macOS, version 2.6.15 build 119, a proprietary commercial computer program developed and published by Cindori AB.

+The protected work includes Cindori AB’s original source and compiled object code, original program structure and implementation, and original strings and software components implementing Backdrop’s catalog, wallpaper playback, playlists, user profiles, licensing, settings, cloud communication, and XPC wallpaper services.

+The reported repository states that its contents were generated by reverse engineering Backdrop’s compiled ARM64 Mach-O executable. It publishes decompiler-generated pseudocode, disassembly, resolved original strings, and reconstructed program logic derived directly from that executable without Cindori AB’s authorization.

+This claim is limited to original program code and expression owned by Cindori AB. It does not claim ownership of Apple frameworks, separately licensed third-party components, generic API names, functional ideas, or methods of operation.
