I’d like to explain that this translation is necessary because, as a Belarusian like many other people and developers interested in open source and this guide I would like to have a translation of this excellent open-source guide in my native language. Although Russian is also recognized as an official language in our constitution, I and many others still prefer to read and understand texts in our true native language Belarusian.
I hope you understand my point of view.
