Work in progress draft of the third harp device docs website!
About 50% done, the main missing bits are connection diagrams and the pages/workflows for the peripherals/accessories like camera trigger, encoder, servo motor and photodiode need to be tested/edited and have been hidden for now. Builds off #39.
