Fill Vietnamese msgstr entries and metadata in addon/locale/vi/LC_MESSAGES/nvda.po. Updates include PO-Revision-Date and addition of X-Generator, plus many translated strings for the Clock add-on (settings, formats, alarms, UI messages, add-on description and changelog).
