Issues

• Kestrel endpoint configuration is ignored: without --port the service still binds http://*:8080, so a config file or Kestrel__Endpoints__Http__Url can't change the port or bind address

• A refused caller credential runs the host's SSH_ASKPASS program: the request hangs until ProbeTimeout and returns a timeout instead of 401

• With the documented exact allow-list (--allow github=studio/game.git), a client whose remote has no .git gets 404 no-such-repository, despite the #57 fix

• A paths entry spelled Content\Maps\Foo.umap, /Content/... or ./Content/... is silently reported as unchanged instead of being refused

• When the request computing a diff disconnects, its diff-tree is killed and every waiting request starts its own, so a diff slower than the client's timeout is never cached

• Container image hasn't been published since 1.0.5, but the README and k8s base still deploy :latest

• fetch_duration histogram is never recorded, and failed diffs are left out of the cache hit/miss ratio

• The k8s StatefulSet sets no fsGroup, so on block-storage clusters (EBS, PD, Azure Disk) the non-root pod can't write its mirror volume and crash-loops at startup

• A git timeout or failure is reported as "no-merge-base" or 409 "unknown-base" (and counted in unknown_base) instead of as a timeout or server error

• Requests right after a client pushes usually get 409 unknown-base: an unknown base never triggers a fetch while refs are within RefsTtl

• When a diff times out, every coalesced follower re-runs the same diff-tree: 10 concurrent requests start 10 processes, and each follower waits up to 2×DiffTimeout

• Azure DevOps repos with a space in the project name ("My Project/_git/game") pass startup validation, then every request 404s with nothing logged

• A partly deleted or corrupt mirror is never re-cloned or reaped, so that repository returns 502 until someone deletes it by hand
