Please switch this to use a synchronization primitive like a countdown latch instead of a sleep.

Done in 3d7ff8e. The three thread-based tests now wait on a CountDownLatch. A WireMock post-serve action counts it down when the exec request arrives, the same pattern ExecTest uses. The wait has a 30s limit (assertTrue(latch.await(30, TimeUnit.SECONDS))) so a missing request fails the test instead of hanging it.
