The sources live in .inl files since the unity build, but the push trigger only listed .cpp / .hpp / .h / .c, so a push that touched .inl alone did not run the build workflows (pull requests were unaffected).

Summary
Since the single translation unit build the sources live in
.inlfiles, but the push trigger ofArduinoBuild.yml/IDFBuild.ymlonly listed.cpp / .hpp / .h / .c, so a push that touched.inlfiles alone did not run the build workflows. Pull requests were unaffected (they run unconditionally). This adds**.inlto both.Fork CI ran on the branch (both workflows triggered by the workflow file change).
