RFC-0008 refers four times to "RFC-0009: Extended Skill Bundles." Since it merged, that follow-up was renumbered to RFC-0010 and retitled Extended Agent Plugins (PR #27), and the RFC-0009 slot now holds Skill Tracing (PR #37). Developers reading RFC-0008 while implementing it would be pointed at the wrong number and name.

This PR is editorial only; no design content changes:

  • The four "RFC-0009: Extended Skill Bundles" references become "RFC-0010: Extended Agent Plugins" (the links already pointed at the correct PR).
  • The "its existing draft will need to be revised around the canonical Agent Plugins model" clauses are removed; that revision has been done.
  • The trace-integration future-improvements bullet now points at RFC-0009: Skill Tracing instead of enumerating draft API names that the tracing proposal has since superseded.
