The Vercel example stays on the non-PTY path on purpose. It covers command
execution, workspace materialization, and persistence verification without
depending on interactive websocket support.
The default Vercel run mirrors the other cloud runners and stays focused on the
standard agent flow. Use `--demo` for backend-specific checks such as PTY,
resume verification, and exposed-port validation.
