Summary

Rebase Kubernetes dependencies from v0.35.0 (k8s 1.35) to v0.36.2 (k8s 1.36), Go 1.25.0 → 1.26.0.

• Bump all 8 core k8s.io/* modules to v0.36.2
• Bump sigs.k8s.io/controller-runtime to v0.24.1
• Bump Go version directive from 1.25.0 to 1.26.0
• Update vendored dependencies (gogo/protobuf removed, grpc/otel/protobuf bumped)

• K8s 1.36 changelog reviewed — no breaking changes affect this repo

Notes

• New default-true feature gates in 1.36: AtomicFIFO, ClientsAllowCARotation, ClientsAllowTLSCacheGC, InOrderInformers, UnlockWhileProcessingFIFO — none affect fake clientsets or this repo's usage
• gogo/protobuf removed from k8s.io ecosystem (expected for 1.36)
• .ci-operator.yaml and Dockerfile already reference golang-1.26-openshift-5.0
