Summary

• Bump all k8s.io/* dependencies from v0.35.0 to v0.36.2 (Kubernetes 1.35 → 1.36)
• Go version: 1.25.0 → 1.26.0 (aligns go.mod with existing Dockerfile/CI builder images)
• controller-runtime: v0.23.1 → v0.24.1

What changed

This is a pure mechanical dependency bump — no Go source files were modified outside of vendor/. The k8s 1.36 API changes (removal of gogo/protobuf, opaque protobuf migration, client-go cache API changes) do not affect this controller.
