Nightly knowledge-intake ingestion run for 2026-08-07. Adds the per-source report following the established pattern.

• Arithmetic check: 4 + 1 + 40 = 45, matching the pipeline's reported total.
• Gmail OAuth is healthy again this run (it was expired invalid_grant as of 2026-08-04); 40 < 50 page cap, so no email backlog remains.
• The github adapter failure is the known upstream bug (unchecked 401 response passed to stars.map), failing every run since 2026-07-04 — documented, not fixed here.
• Corroborated via intake.db mtime at the knowledge-intake repo root.
