This looks good to me. Thank you! I still need to validate the other workflows. Once that's done, we can coordinate landing the PRs in the right order. I won't merge the dropping of the files from debusine-action without your ack (and this PR landed).

The Debusine helper scripts in lib/ are moving from debusine-action to qli-ci at the same path (qualcomm-linux/qli-ci#120), and debusine-action is dropping its copy (qualcomm-linux/debusine-action#129). Check out qli-ci instead for the build, publish and release jobs. qli-ci's lib/build finds its sibling helpers relative to itself rather than at a hardcoded debusine-action/lib/ path, so the source package only has to sit in the working directory for the .dsc to be found. The workflows now take lib/release and friends from qli-ci, and build-source-package.sh's version filter mirrors qli-ci's lib/generate-source-package; say so instead of naming debusine-action. Signed-off-by: Christopher Obbard <chris.obbard@oss.qualcomm.com>
DO NOT MERGE. lib/ is not on qli-ci main until qualcomm-linux/qli-ci#120 merges, so point QLI_CI_REF at that PR's branch to let CI run in the meantime. Drop this commit once #120 is merged. Signed-off-by: Christopher Obbard <chris.obbard@oss.qualcomm.com>

build-kernel-debusine.ymlis the last place in this repositoryu that depends onqualcomm-linux/debusine-action. Its build, publish and release jobs checkoutdebusine-action/liband runlib/build,lib/generate-apt-configandlib/releasefrom it.Those helpers are moving to
qli-ciat the same path (qualcomm-linux/qli-ci#120). qualcomm-linux/debusine-action#129 then deletes them from debusine-action.This PR makes the three jobs check out
qualcomm-linux/qli-ciand runqli-ci/lib/*instead. It also updates the comments that still mention debusine-action.Ordering:
lib/isn't on qli-cimainuntil that merges.TODO:
