kotl/EXAMPLE.kotl: INCOMPATIBLE CHANGE: Move {C-c ; b}
(kotl-mode:toggle-blank-lines) to {C-c ]}. Move {C-c C-c}
(kotl-mode:copy-before) to {C-c ; b} to match with {c-c ; c}
(kotl-mode:copy-after) binding. {C-c C-c} no longer worked
because Org-compatibility overrode its binding.

Move {C-c C-]} binding to {C-c [} as is easier-to-type and is a
'left' opening brace like left 'TAB' key.
kotl-mode:toggle-tab-flag - Add missing (interactive) expression
and fix mis-printing of TAB/S-TAB keys due to bindings being
wrapped in org-hijacker calls.
kotl-mode:to-end-of-line - Rename to 'kotl-mode:end-of-line'.
This was not done previously due to an old XEmacs compiler but
XEmacs is no longer supported.
kotl/EXAMPLE.kotl:
man/hyperbole.texi (Cell Attributes): Update key binding
descriptions and move {C-c ; h} description into the key binding
table. Also, change C-0 to M-0 and C--1 to M--1 since control
digits don't typically work on a terminal.

- hywiki-cache-save - Add back mistakenly removed '(setq' in the .eld cache file so variables are saved properly. - hywiki-make-referent-hasht - Fix to load non-page entries when there are no page entries.
- hywiki-directory-changed - Fix so don't recursively call
`hywiki-make-referent-hasht' when loading from .eld cache file.
- hywiki-make-referent-hasht - Fix that the cons action of the
`unless' clause was stuck in the predicate part and so was not
called, due to a missing paren in the unless predicate.
This fixes test: `hywiki-tests--referent-cache-test'.
- hywiki-cache-save - Fix that print calls were not advancing point
in standard-output; required using a marker with `insertion-type' t
for advance. This fixes test: `hywiki-tests--referent-cache-test'.
- Makefile ($(pkg_parent)/hyperbole-$(HYPB_VERSION).tar.gz,
$(pkg_parent)/hyperbole-local.tar.gz): Start target by
removing any prior dir used to create the tar file and leave this dir
for inspection after creating the package tar file at rsw request.
- hywiki-directory-modified-p - Change to test checksum and dir mod-time
separately to account for both page and non-page WikiWords.
- hywiki-directory-get-mod-time - Change to base mod-time only on changes
to HyWiki page files in the directory, eliminating race condition where
mod-time stored in .eld cache file was always earlier than latest dir
mod-time since that included the dir mod-time change from saving the
cache file after the mod-time was stored in that file.
…se int - hywiki-add-page - Fix referent htable not getting page added because local variable 'referent-htable' was pointing to a different htable. Remove the local variable to resolve. This fixes test `hywiki--verify-get-buffer-text-with-point-and-highlight-compact'. - hywiki-directory-get-mod-time - Stop returning a list of 4 ints for mod-time and use a single integer of Epoch seconds. Return 0 instead of nil if no file to read dir mod-time from. - hywiki--directory-mod-time - Set default to 0 instead of nil. - hywiki-directory-modified-p - Handle both old-style list of 4 ints and new single integer mod-time formats. - hywiki-tests--directory-get-mod-time - Support new mod-time format. - hywiki-tests--directory-modified-p - Change this test so if either checksum or mod-time changes, then 'hywiki-directory-modified-p' returns t. - hywiki-word-create-exclude-action-key-modes - Make the default be nil, (previously was 'org-mode') so no text or programming modes are excluded from Action Key HyWikiWord creation. - man/use-package (hyperbole): Add description of the use and setting of the above variable (in a comment).

this for customization reference.
- man/use-package (org-open-link-functions): Document how to enable Org
link delimiters and highlighting of Hyperbole buttons via:

- defil search-git-log - Use curly braces instead of square brackets in
example `search-git-log' so such buttons can be embedded within
org link brackets if desired, so buttons are highlighted.
- defib button-series - Improve doc and var naming.
- kotl-mode:insert-tab, kotl-mode:indent-to - Add and use in
`kotl-mode:tab-command'.
- kotl-mode:indent-line): Simplify and remove prefix arg now that
`kotl-mode:insert-tab' is handled separately. This fixes tab handling
as specified by `kotl-mode:emulate-tab'.
- ibut:create - Change `condition-case' to `condition-case-unless-debug'
so get full stack trace showing where ibtype error occurred regardless
of `debug-on-error' setting. If continue from the debugger, a message
with the error is logged to *Messages*.
- klink:at-p - Remove `-' as first non-whitspace char between angle
brackets; can't think of any klink format that conforms to and leads to
matching to things like: <- 4 2>.
- man/hyperbole.texi (Implicit Button Link Types):
- hbut.el (defil search-git-log): Change to use curly braces instead of
square brackets so it can be embedded within Org [[links]].
- defil kbd-key - Add support for Org/MediaWiki links around
brace-delimited key series, e.g.. [[{C-h h d d}]].
- HY-ABOUT, README.in.md: Add Note Taking as an application using HyWiki. Explain HyWiki as 1/6th of Emacs. - hywiki-org-get-heading-match-regexp - Allow for indented Org headings. - (require 'set): Add. - hywiki-get-term-variant-regexp - Use 'set:create' to remove duplicates of variants when regexp-quote does not change the strings.
- text-toc ibtype - Update doc to reflect different leader chars that can start a TOC entry. The section an entry matches to must start with the same number of * or # chars. - text-toc actype - Add support for section entries using # as their leading delimiter, i.e. Markdown files. Fix to translate leader char to either * or #. Change so cannot have any leading spaces, as mentioned in the ibtype doc string.
