Updates the pinned
actions/checkoutcommit from the v6.0.3 ref to3d3c42e(v7.0.1) in four GitHub Actions workflows: codecov, CodeQL, go unit tests, and golangci-lint. Step inputs such asfetch-depth: 2on codecov are unchanged; only the action version pin moves.This brings in upstream v7 behavior and fixes (including stricter defaults around unsafe PR checkout for
pull_request_target/workflow_run, plus v7.0.1 hardening around branch trimming and git--unsetescaping).
