A deployment that fails before its first build step, such as on an invalid vercel.json, has no log events, so the log attached to Slack was empty. fetch-log now heads the log with the deployment's errorMessage, errorCode, errorStep and errorLink, and the Slack reply quotes the message. Add Vercel's build error message to the build failure Slack post, to avoid posting empty log files like this one when the build job fails before the build begins.
