This PR updates the historical record for the bound (H_1 \le 240) on the bounded prime gap constant (C_{88a}).
A preprint by Hanxin Zhang establishing (H_1 \le 240) was publicly deposited on Zenodo on 28 August 2026:
Julia Stadlmann's independent preprint establishing the same bound was subsequently posted on arXiv on 31 August 2026:
The proposed change retains both results and records them in chronological order. It does not change the current best upper bound of 240.
