  1. CodeArtifact npm login can fail during devcontainer startup because the app user's login shell loses the Node feature PATH. Restore its stable NVM path.
  2. Keep IMDS tokens out of shell traces in the host and container metadata helpers while preserving the caller's tracing setting.
  3. Update Selkies to allow clipboard transfer into the session while blocking transfer out, expose its paste panel, and document the RStudio and JupyterLab paste workflow.

1. Restore the Node feature PATH for CodeArtifact login
2. Call refresh directly from the periodic worker while closing its lock
descriptor.
3. Keep IMDS tokens out of shell traces in the container and host
metadata helpers
4. Document each script role.
5. Enable the Selkies paste panel with an inbound-only clipboard policy.
