This adjusts the raw results column to: - Drop the "SessionID" column which seems too unique an identifier, and which we never included in past results of MDN short surveys. - Drop the "Status", "Language" and "User agent" on the grounds that they don't contain any information (all values are equal and do not convey additional meaning). This also fixes the formatting of the README: Markdown does not support lists ordered with letters.
