Add Redis MQTT and MySQL proxy transports for NeoForge - #1734
Adds Redis, MQTT and MySQL proxy delivery to NeoForge through the existing authenticated, durable vote inbox. Delivery retains stable vote identities, duplicate/restart recovery, bounded queues, retries and independent transport shutdown. SOCKETS behavior and SQLite user storage remain supported. Direct Votifier ingress and plugin messaging are excluded.
This update adds optional proxy-only origin signatures for broker vote delivery. Signatures bind the complete envelope to its transport, proxy and backend target. Signing keys are captured during security preparation; invalid configuration cannot retire a healthy runtime. Shared transport membership alone cannot grant proxy signing authority.
Origin signing requires proxy-private pending-vote storage and excludes shared-key multi-proxy ingress. MySQL message transport remains supported with a private vote cache; existing unsigned SQL-cache behavior remains supported. Shared SQL imports cannot acquire local admission authority through emergency-file recovery, including supported nested legacy timed-vote encodings. Real/test-vote classification, numeric totals and vote IDs are preserved. Refused publication retains pending ownership, including legacy sends and partially processed emergency snapshots. Admission-only emergency records preserve an existing queue row's recorded identity, totals and completed effects; live retries and actual recovery checkpoints still update their owner.
The existing driver-lifecycle and configuration-diagnostic corrections remain included: the bundled MariaDB driver is not retained globally, and invalid settings are named without exposing configured values. Setup documentation describes the optional keys, transport configuration and support limits.
Validation: 428 focused tests passed on the preceding recovery change. The JDBC isolation follow-up passed a clean offline package with 2,692 unit tests, one optional diagnostic skipped, and eight packaged-artifact checks in 111 seconds. Actual suite classpaths use normal AdvancedCore snapshot 134 and SimpleAPI snapshot 44 with their complete descriptors. Dependency hashes, archive integrity, required packaged classes and test exclusion were verified. The JAR is 11,775,833 bytes, above the advisory 10 MiB target.
Fresh independent read-only reviews of the documentation and JDBC isolation follow-ups returned no findings. The packaged JDBC regression checks the external driver identities used by Velocity, the SQL manager and network-health diagnostics; NeoForge retains its private relocated driver and service providers. Independent reviews also cover the recorded feature, compatibility and affected security/recovery scopes. The preceding three-file import correction retains its recorded clean review. The latest two-file recovery correction and affected journal, cache, retry, replay and signing callers independently returned No findings on the unchanged candidate. Regression coverage includes actual SQL rows, a confirmed update to an emergency JSON twin, private-owner reconstruction and cryptographic admission verification, plus valid private recovery and malformed/legacy input controls. Admission recovery tests use complete primary/rescue journal serialization and durable cache reload, with full checkpoint, live retry, key-unavailability and malformed-value controls.
Current-head hosted CI and automatic review must be checked after this update; earlier-head green results do not validate it. Real NeoForge/proxy/broker/database server acceptance and old compiled third-party integrations were not run and remain separate. No merge, release or deployment is performed.
Summary by CodeRabbit
New Features
NeoForge proxy vote delivery supports Redis, MQTT, and MySQL alongside sockets.
Transport settings include authentication and encryption options, with invalid configurations reported during setup.
Proxy vote traffic can be verified using a configured public key; MySQL queues can retain messages for later processing.
Vote totals preserve local-proxy admission evidence through private-cache recovery, while SQL-imported totals do not gain that authority.
NeoForge support includes limited reward replay.
Documentation
Added guidance on transport configuration, proxy-key verification, MySQL routing, replay limitations, and durability.

Walkthrough
Adds Redis, MQTT, and MySQL proxy-ingress transports alongside SOCKETS. The runtime selects and closes the configured transport. The change also adds shared proxy-message handling, proxy-origin signing, bounded JSON and MySQL queue processing, packaging changes, tests, and transport documentation.
Changes: NeoForge proxy transports and origin verification
Adds Ed25519 signing and verification for proxy envelopes and local-admission proofs. Vote totals store local-origin provenance, and SQL-loaded totals have that authority cleared. Proxy publishing checks provenance and signing policy before sending to supported targets.
Adds transport settings and validation for SOCKETS, Redis, MQTT, and MySQL. The runtime selects and closes the configured transport. Login and logout events notify that transport. Settings and documentation describe proxy-key configuration, routing, and NeoForge support boundaries.
Adds MQTT and Redis adapters with broker authentication, encryption, reconnect handling, publishing, and shutdown. Tests cover delivery, retries, lifecycle races, and Redis wire communication.

Adds a MariaDB datasource and bounded queue polling and publishing. The proxy service retries connections and polls the queue. The build relocates the MariaDB driver and excludes its JDBC service descriptor. Tests cover datasource settings, queue paging and acceptance, retries, runtime selection, and packaged driver loading.
Velocity startup can leave the bundled MariaDB driver registered globally, risking driver or classloader leakage in the host proxy. Clean up that registration before merging.

The concern is refuted. NeoForgeProxyTransportConfiguration rejects Server values longer than 36 characters when Method.MYSQL is selected, before the MySQL queue is created.

Security: Bind MySQL vote ingress to a proxy-only credential
When MySQL ingress is enabled, a compromised backend with queue-write credentials can submit an arbitrary row with source='proxy', and this branch treats that attacker-selected column as authorization. No MAC or database-principal binding is checked before dispatch, so a crafted vote with a fresh ID reaches durable replay and can trigger configured console rewards on the NeoForge server; optional encryption uses the same network key available to peers. Authenticate rows with a proxy-only, target-bound credential instead of trusting source.

All project tests and test-only helpers belong under `VotingPlugin/src/test/java/com/bencodez/votingplugin/tests/`, with package `com.bencodez.votingplugin.tests` or a meaningful subpackage. Keep paths and package declarations aligned, and update cross-test imports, resources, and build selectors when moving tests. Preserve package-phase artifact checks and test discovery. Do not widen production APIs to make tests accessible; use narrowly scoped test-only reflection for non-public seams. Platform API fixtures that must retain an external runtime class identity (such as `net.minecraft.network.chat.Component`) stay in that platform package and must not contain test cases.
