CC Switch databases at schema 21 cannot be opened by CLI v5.11.2, which supports only schema 20. Align schema creation and migrations through version 22 with farion1231/cc-switch at e4873bc8aa2555225d4867ec2f04b1290f1d21d9, adding the MCP/Skills
enabled_agyandenabled_kimifields with the same defaults and migration behavior.Existing backup and future-version checks remain in place. Extend the existing upstream fixtures and regression tests across schemas 18–22, including local startup, idempotent migration, sync import/export, and preservation of upstream flags when records are edited. This does not add CLI management for new applications.
Validation: 80 database tests and 10 sync-protocol tests passed in an isolated filesystem;
