Clarifies RelatedNode behavior with docstrings and SDK docs for id, peer, and get (no-lookup id, hfid_str resolution, when .peer.id can differ, and ValueError cases). Fixes infrahubctl to let typer.Exit pass through so commands exit cleanly without a traceback or "Error: 1".
